01What we collect

• Your email address, used to sign you in and to send account and billing messages.
• Which lessons you watch and where you stopped, so you can pick up where you left off.
• Subscription status from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Lesson requests and suggestions you send, stored with your account email so the team can follow up. They are never shown publicly.
• Emails you send to our support address, kept in our inbox so we can answer them.

02Cookies

We use a sign-in session cookie and nothing for advertising. Video playback may collect anonymous quality metrics (such as buffering) from our video provider.

03Who processes it

• Supabase: accounts and the database.
• Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
• Mux: video streaming.
• Vercel: hosting.
• Sentry: error reports when something on the site breaks, sent without your email or name.
• Resend: sign-in emails and replies from our support address.
• Cloudflare: our domain, and forwarding mail sent to our support address.
• Google: our support inbox, and a private spreadsheet where the team reads requests and suggestions.

04Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted by writing to support@afterimage.vision. Deleting your account removes your progress, requests and suggestions, and cancels any subscription.

We keep your information while your account exists. When you ask us to delete it, we remove it within 30 days, including the team’s copy of your requests and suggestions. Stripe keeps payment records for as long as the law requires.

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising. If the law where you live gives you further rights over your data, write to us and we will honor them.

AfterImage is meant for adults and is not directed at children.
