Refunds and cancellation
How cancelling and refunds work.

Cancelling
Cancel anytime from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
Payments are not refundable, including for the unused part of a billing period. Cancel before your next renewal date and you won’t be charged again.
If you were charged by mistake, for example twice, write to support@afterimage.vision and we will put it right. Where local law gives you a right to a refund, that right applies.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over a few days. Access continues briefly while you update your card, then pauses until payment succeeds.
